It’s less than three weeks until we reopen our doors, we can’t wait to see you all again. Lots of preparations are happening here, Mary is in the kitchen bubbling up delicious jams and marmalades, the shop is being made-over with lots of beautiful new treasures, and we’re dreaming up a tasty new menu.
Looking forward to the 22nd when we open up our doors once again for a new year!

A Little Bit of History…
-
In 1848, Samuel Wright pledged £3000 for a ‘malting bond’ enabling him to brew soft drinks, minerals and ciders. Thus Wrights Brewery was formed, becoming an important family business and prominent employer in the area. You can see
a copy of this bond in the Tearooms along with photographs of the factory workers from the 1940’s and the fleet of company vehicles parked outside Brewery House.Brewery House has been privately owned for the last 17 years and the current owners, Sarah and Nigel wished to preserve the heritage of the old Brewery and have achieved this by opening up part of the house as The Brewery Tearooms, enabling others to share in its charm.
We're waiting to welcome you to The Brewery Tea Rooms.
Those scones look scrumptious!
